FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves injecting heparin at a dose of 2.5 thousand effective doses during 30-60 min before the beginning of an operation and four times a day at the same dose after the operation. Sodium hypochlorite is intravenously injected 10-15 min before the operation and during the whole operation time at a dose of 1-2 mEq/kg (60-120 ml of 0.06-% solution). Acetylsalicylic acid is administered per os at a dose of 0.5 g twice a day in 2-3 days during 10-14 days. Nicotinic acid solution is subcutaneously or intramuscularly injected at a dose of 100 mg three times a day during 10-14 days.
