FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves intravenous administration of sodium hypochlorite depending on hyperfibrinogenemia degree. Sodium hypochlorite is administrated in the dose 200 ml as 0.03% solution in each 12 h for 2-3 days at blood fibrinogen content below 8 g/l; sodium hypochloride is administrated in the dose 400 ml as 0.03% solution in each 12 h for 3-5 days at blood fibrinogen content 8.1-12.0 g/l and at blood fibrinogen content above 12.1 g/l sodium hypochlorite is administrated in the dose 400 ml as 0.03% solution in each 12 h for 5-7 days. Administration of sodium hypochlorite is repeated depending on patient state. Invention can be used for prophylaxis of thrombogenic complications in early postoperative period. EFFECT: decreased frequency of postoperative thrombogenic complications, decreased period of patients treatment. 2 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex
