Composition has an antibody against interleukin-6 receptor as an effective component and an inhibitor has an antagonist of interleukin-6 taken among the group including interleukin-6 antibody, interleukin-6 receptor antibody, antibody gp130, modified interleukin-6, antisense interleukin-6 receptor, noncomplete interleukin-6 peptide and noncomplete interleukin-6 receptor peptide.
