Upper edge of main member and sides of additional ribbons are connected to each other and to main ribbon and extended along their length to provide single line, which serves as base of main member. Base and connections of all ribbons are equipped with flexible members. In addition device has service member and frame member, which design combined with design of main member provide goal of invention.
