FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of new generation of sensing members of pickup devices, radio- and videosystems, in baking, milk procession, in medical technique at making vessels for blood storing, long-life AIDS analyzers of blood, basic members of neutralizing biocorrectors, modules for protecting honeycomb telephones against electromagnetic irradiation, express-analyzers of abnormal neoplasms of muscle tissue and bioinformation systems. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing blank on planetary deforming module in female die onto pusher; placing onto said blank another one in the form of tightly sealed capsule filled with dispersed material; performing normalized upsetting of blanks by means of punch; rolling blanks around and acting upon them by normalized shock pulses in zone of action of torsion field generators.
