FIELD: plastic metal working, namely cold plastic deforming for making parts with phenomenological physical characteristics. SUBSTANCE: blank is placed in die on support with possibility of spontaneous rocking- oscillation motion. One end of blank is alternatively subjected to upsetting effort and working and idle rolling out efforts. At idle rolling out ends of blank are subjected to action of variable-intensity pulse shocks whose frequency increases up to resonance one. Autoresonance of pulse shocks is maintained for time period exceeding by 7-8 times duration of working cycle.
