SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes punch, die, planetary deforming fluctuation module, pusher. Apparatus is provided with torsion field generators in the form of pyramids with apices turned one to another and with three-dimensional bodies placed between pyramid apices and worked by sphere-dynamic deforming method.
