FIELD: chemical industry; methods and devices of electrochemical reprocessing of coals.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry and is intended for electrochemical reprocessing of coals by fluidization in industrial conditions. The method of electrochemical reprocessing of coals includes a phase of conversion of the coals in the electrolyte solution. At that the conversion is conducted by treating the electrolyte, which is presented as a stream of the water fine pulp of the coal dust in the mixture with a sodium chloride solution with an alternating electric current at the simultaneous extraction of the being formed high-molecular hydrocarbons by the water medium. The method is realized in the device containing the magnetodynamic apparatus with the inlet and outlet branch-pipes, and also the system of the coaxial tubular conductors electrically connected in series. In the apparatus along the path of the electrolyte representing a stream of the water fine pulp of the coal dust mixed with the sodium chloride solution there is a located in the form of inductor system of the coaxial tubular conductors electrically connected to each other in series by running for the electrolyte the electrical ring-type jumpers and with the alternating current source. The invention allows to rise production of the high-molecular hydrocarbons from the coals.
EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased production of the high-molecular hydrocarbons from the coals.
