FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to varnish-and-paint material, and namely to priming water-dispersion compositions, and can be applied in different fields of industry for complex protection of metal construction surfaces, exploitation under atmospheric conditions of different climatic zones, in atmosphere, which contains aggressive gases and steams, under conditions with increased humidity and larger differences of temperatures. Water-dispersive heat-insulation, anticorrosion, anti-condensate dye for metal surfaces contains film-generator, hydrophobic dispersant, polyurethane and cellulose thickening agents, foam-extinguisher, anticorrosion pigments, fillers, coalescents, neutralising agent, film fungicide, solvent. As film-generator it contains styrene acryl dispersion of grade NeoCryl XK or vinylidenecholorideacrylic dispersion of grade Halloflex 299, as hydrophobic dispersant - highly molecular copolymer of acrylic acid with groups, which have affinity to pigments, obtained by technology of controlled polymerisation and/or dispersant, based on ammonium acrylate copolymers, as polyurethane thickening - non ionogenic hydrophobically-modified complex urethane copolymer based on ethylene and/or urea-modified ethylene and/or urea-modified polyurethane with branched structure, as foam extinguisher - copolymer of polyethersiloxane, which contain colloidal silica, as anticorrosion pigments - complex of aluminisated zinc phosphate, zinc tetraoxychromate, strontium chromate, sodium nitrate, as fillers - microspheres, talc and cerium oxide CeO2, as coalescents - dipropylene ether of mono n-butyl ether, butylglycol, as solvent - water.

EFFECT: invention provides obtaining of stable coating in atmospheric conditions under impact of unfavorable climatic factors, stable to mineral oil and different solvents, etc, to ultraviolet radiation, has good thermophysical and anti-condensation properties, has increased service term and dye stability in storage.
