SUBSTANCE: fluid is composed of, wt %: mixture of mono-, di-, and triethylene glycols and higher glycols and/or mixture of polyoxypropylene glycols with average molecular weight 200 to 1000, 5.86-44.15; mixture of mono-C1-C4-alkyl ethers of polyoxyalkylene glycols with average molecular weight 140- 220 having general formula RO[CH2-CH(R1)O]nH, or mixture of highest boric acid esters and mono-C1-C4-alkyl ethers of polyoxyalkylene glycols with average molecular weight 140-220 having general formulas {RO-[CH2CH(R1)O]n}3 and MeO-B{[OCH(R1)CH2]nOR}2, or mixture of highest boric acid esters and mono-, di-, and triethylene glycols and higher glycols, where R is C1-C4-alkyl, R' methyl or hydrogen, n integer from 1 to 10, and Me alkali metal atom, 27.47-91.873; plasticizer, 1-5; anticorrosion agents, 0.05-0.70; antioxidants, 0.1-0.39; and antifoaming additives, 0.001-0.005. Fluid may also contain 0.045- 0.196% of alkali metal salts of weak acids, e.g. acetic, propionic, boric, benzoic.
