FIELD: aviation material. SUBSTANCE: self- contained controlled flying vehicle with a television homing head has a nose section with a target secker, electronic information processing unit, control system unit, X-shaped stabilizers, as well as successively connected payload compartment with an actuating mechanism and instrumentation section with a communication unit and an electric power source. A transient compartment in the form of a thin-walled hollow cylindrical shell, having a length equal to 0.95 to 1.05 caliber of the flying vehicle, accommodating three inertia sensors of the actuating mechanism, is positioned between the nose section and payload compartment. The sensors are secured on the compartment body, spaced at 100 to 140 deg. in the transverse plane of the flying vehicle. The tail section with the electronic information processing unit and control system unit is connected to the instrumentation section. The tail section carries four X-shaped stabilizers, with the length of the root chord equal to 1.85 to 2.15 and dimension equal to 2.05 to 2.35 of the caliber of the flying vehicle. Aerodynamic control surfaces have a biplane lay-out, with the length of the root chord equal to 0.21 to 0.29 and height equal to 0.35 to 0.45 of the caliber of the flying vehicle. The control surfaces extend in cantilever, and the control surface axis of rotation is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the flying vehicle and positioned at a distance of 0.11 to 0.13 caliber of the flying vehicle from its bottom section.
