FIELD: measuring equipment used in measurement of linear accelerations of moving objects: aeroplanes, rockets, space vehicles and other transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: sensing element has two glass plates with spray-coated capacitor plates and current leads to them, inertia element of silicon in the form of a movable capacitive plate located between the glass plates and connected to the supporting member by flexible jumpers. The position of the fixed plates is equidistant to the position of the movable plate at its maximum deflection. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity at preset acceleration measurement range. 2 dwg
