FIELD: nuclear power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has nuclear reactor and electrolysis chamber both provided with detonable mixture evacuating systems. Plant also has system for detonable mixture storage and its mixing up with air, as well as system for feeding mixture obtained to internal-combustion gas turbine incorporating electric generator. Hydrogen and oxygen emitted from nuclear reactor in the course of radiolysis and from electrolysis chamber are used as fuel for internal-combustion gas turbine.
