AUTOMATIC LINE FOR MAKING TORSION SPRINGS Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: machine engineering, possibly manufacture of springs for motor vehicles. SUBSTANCE: automatic line includes uncoiling apparatus, automatic machine for making springs, tempering furnace, connecting transporting device arranged between automatic machine and furnace, control board and separate container. Automatic machine for making springs includes bending and coiling mechanism. Tempering furnace is turntable-type one and it has charging and discharging devices mounted in different windows of furnace. Connecting transporting device includes slip with pneumatic vibrator and conveyer; it is also provided with adjusting trough having two branches. One branch may be automatically closed for transferring works to apparatus for charging furnace or to separate container. Control board is provided with technological operation counter and with light indicator for controlling position of actuating mechanisms. EFFECT: improved design of automatic line equipment with enhanced operational characteristics allowing to make high-quality springs with increased efficiency. 2 dwg
