FIELD: heat treatment of parts. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacture of torsion springs. Furnace for spring tempering has frame, disc, turning mechanism, loading and unloading gears, time relay. Disc is mounted for movement over positions and carries trays anchored in correspondence with each position. Loading gear includes shut-off and feeding mechanisms, each being composed of flap and pneumatic cylinder. Unloading gear is made of intake cover, pneumatic cylinder and slide. Loading and unloading gears are automatically intercoupled and are mounted for loading and unloading in turn. EFFECT: widened technological capabilities of furnace, reduced energy consumption. 2 dwg
