FIELD: heat treatment of materials; mechanical engineering; manufacture of springs and other parts. SUBSTANCE: annealing furnace has body, disk mounted on shaft, turning mechanism, charging and discharging units, circular cylindrical guide which is fixed under disk coaxially relative to it and is provided with outer slot for receiving the spherical rollers movable over this slot. Disk is provided with articulated chutes for distribution of parts in positions; each chute is rigidly connected with axle of respective spherical roller. Part of circular cylindrical guide is out in discharge position and is replaced with bracket provided with similar slot for motion of spherical rollers; bracket is rigidly connected with rod of pneumatic cylinder mounted in discharge position under bracket. EFFECT: extended technological capabilities; increased productivity; improved operational characteristics; improved quality of heat-treated springs. 2 cl, 2 dwg
