FIELD: testing-facilities. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for driving long-cut flat article into ground or other loose media, for instance, driving-in contact sensors for measuring parameters of object movement in ground. Holder has flat side walls flanged over upper edge and from side detachably connected over flange on upper edge and hinge-connected over lower edge of side flange, and article clamp. Flange of one wall encloses flange of other wall to form closed space with open slot for article in bottom. At least levers are hinge-mounted on flange of upper edge. Each lever is hinge-connected with crossmember by common axle. Vertical sections of holder can be equilateral trapezium in shape, lower base being pointed downwards. Antiadherent coating can be applied to outer side surface of holder. Clamp for article can be made in form of projections on inner surface of walls opposite to each other. EFFECT: enhanced operating capacity, prevention of damage to long-cut flat articles driven into ground. 4 cl, 4 dwg
