SUBSTANCE: the device has a shell in the form of a truncated cone or truncated pyramid, which is attached with the smaller end face to the mine shaft collar. The shell larger end face faces the earth surface. The shell inner surface has an antiadhesion coating, and a high- pressure gas source is installed in the shell above its smaller end face. The shell may be made of polyethylene film, and a damping layer may by arranged between the high-pressure gas source and the upper part of the mine shaft.
