FIELD: rock crushing tools. SUBSTANCE: Rolling cutter has taper-shaped body with milled teeth made in peripheral rim. Teeth which are oriented along generating line of body are located in rim after every other tooth. Teeth adjacent to them are turned relative to generating line to angle of 5-15 deg. They are turned in opposite directions. Pitch between teeth in internal face of rim is similar. Aforesaid embodiment of rolling cutter of drilling bit allows for simplification of design, increasing operation efficiency together with wider area of application.
