FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: drilling cone bit with central flush consists of bit legs with tilt journals parallel set off relative to axis of cone bit and of conic roller cutters with cast or milled teeth installed in journals by means of clutch bearings. The distinction of this cone bit is periphery rolling cutter teeth rows of all cutters with oblique teeth of right hand rise of screw line generatrix of blunting platform, when the cone bit rotates clockwise at drilling, and left hand rise, when the cone bit rotates counter clockwise. Also oblique teeth are of asymmetrical wedge shape; additionally, angle of tilt of a leading facet of the oblique tooth to the tooth blunting platform is bigger, than that of the trailing facet; and angle of tilt of cutting edges of oblique teeth to cutter generatrix is 10-30°.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of cone bit operation due to reduced power consumption at rock cutting and facilitating removal of rock from bottom of borehole due to optimal design of teeth arrangement in cutter peripheral part.
