FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: bore hydro-monitored cone bit consists of legs with tilt journals parallel set off in plane, and of teeth roller cutters installed in journals by means of clutch bearing. Length of teeth of periphery rows is different. Further, the cone bit consists of a slime withdrawing channel and of flushing unit arranged between the cutters. The distinction of this cone bit is arranging the cutter with utmost length of teeth of the periphery row before the slime withdrawing channel along direction of cutter rotation. Also direction of rise of screw line generatrix of a blunting platform of oblique teeth coincides with cutter rotating direction.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of cutter operation due to reduced power consumption at rock drilling and upgraded quality of borehole face clearing from slime due to optimal withdrawal into annular space.
