FIELD: gas-producing industry. SUBSTANCE: device may be used in simultaneous separate measurement of gas flow rate and amounts of sand and water-clay-sand mixture in production of development gas wells. Introduced into device are two information channels for measurement of amounts of sand and water-clay-sand mixture that extends the functional potentialities of the device at gas wells. Introduced into measurement channel of gas flow rate is controlled scaler whose optimal amplification factor is set by microprocessor controller that enhances accuracy of gas flow rate measurement. Efficient separation of operating signals at the stage of primary conversion of pressure pulsation into electric signal provides for ensuring of high noise immunity of the device. EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurement of gas flow rate and separately of amounts of sand, and water-clay-sand mixture within wide range of variations of operating conditions of development gas wells. 2 dwg
