FIELD: gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: device is used for simultaneous and separate measurement of gas flow rate and of amount of sand and mixture of water, clay and sand contained in product of operating gas wells. Device has two information channels for measurement of amounts of sand and of mixture of water, clay and sand. Provision of measuring channels for sand and mixture of water, clay and sand with adjustable amplifiers of upper frequencies with feed-back link allows for ensuring wide range of dynamometer measurement within aforesaid measuring channels. Effective separation of useful signals at stage of initial conversion of pressure pulses into electric signal allows for ensuring high noise immunity of device. Measurements are made with required accuracy within wide range of changing operation duties of producing gas wells. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
