FIELD: gas-producing industry. SUBSTANCE: device may be used for simultaneous separate measurement of flow rate of gas and quantities of sand and water-clay-sand mixture in production of operating gas wells. Introduced into device are two information channels for measurement of quantities of sand and water-clay-sand to extend functional potentialities of device in use on gas wells. Introduction of controlled scaler into measuring channel of gas flow rate increases accuracy of measurement of gas flow rate. Delimitation of frequencies of useful signals of flow rate of gas and quantity of mixtures in information frequency bands on the stage of preamplification, provides for high performance in terms of error probability. EFFECT: required accuracy of measurement of gas flow rate and quantities of sand and water-clay-sand mixture separately within wide range of varying operating conditions of operating gas wells. 2 dwg
