HYDRAULIC SET WORKING WHEEL Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

Abstract RU 2148183 C1

FIELD: power engineering; conversion of energy of hydraulic flow and with into electric energy. SUBSTANCE: wheel has hub and folding blades with spaces secured on hub. Blades are made of elastic material in form of cup- shaped lobes in section. External part of blade is thickened, and internal part is made in form of diaphragm. Spaces in blades are formed by channels connected by flexible collector. Collector of one blade is connected with collector of blade occupying diametrically opposite position by means of channels in hub. Channels are filled with liquid. Summary volume of channel spaces correspond to volume of two blades one of which is in folded-down position. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reliability and longevity. 4 dwg
