FIELD: mechanical engineering; handling of liquid hydrocarbons. SUBSTANCE: proposed method comes to isolation of sedimenting from flow of liquid hydrocarbon directly in reservoir, separation of fraction into solid, heavy and metal containing parts and evacuation of parts from medium. Pseudosuspended layer and rising flow consisting of lightest fractions of hydrocarbons are formed in reservoir bottom part. Fractions are taken from upper layers of reservoir. Mode of action of pseudosuspended layer and rising flow has at least three versions: constant, impulse and constant- alternating. Device for implementing proposed method has reservoir, cover, pipeline, pump and filter made in form of filtering-and- transporting evacuator whose pulling member is made of filtering material and is installed by one part at angle relative to delivery pipeline of reservoir. Other part of pulling member is brought out through holes in cover and it comes in contact with cleaning roller of collecting tray. Bubbling set is arranged in reservoir bottom part. Bubbling set is connected through electromagnetic throttles, pumping station and control system with float-type suction device located in upper part of reservoir. Pulling member of filtering-and-transporting evacuator has magnetic cover plates or L-shaped magnetic members hinge-mounted on pulling member, and cleaning roller is connected through ac electromagnet with supply source. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and efficiency of reservoir owing to reduced cost of cleaning, increased cleaning intervals, possibility of automating of solid fraction evacuation process. 5 cl, 5 dwg
