FIELD: power machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to hybrid multifunctional power generation complexes. Turbine 2 is installed in zone of maximum wind velocity. According to the indication of the wind speed detector, the whole complex by the servo drive is installed parallel to the direction of the wind flow, which is directed by unit of permanent magnets 3 to active open working blade of turbine 2, rotation of shaft of which is transmitted to drive shaft of generator 14, connected to load. In absence of wind or its low speed parameters turbine 2 is changed to underwater position and installed parallel to axis of hydraulic flow.
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at improvement of efficiency of power takeoff from wind-hydraulic flows of hybrid power plant due to the possibility of selection of the most favorable modes of its operation or in the mode of the wind-driven power plant in the presence of high wind speed, and in its absence—in the mode of the hydro-power plant.
