FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying active draining. Perforated drain tube is introduced through trocar tube using metal conductor as guide member. Its end is joined with removable bellows taken from a pleural drainage system. Several draining tubes can be delivered to different hematoma chambers. All hematoma chambers being drained, the trocar is removed and the tissues around the draining tube are tightly sutured fixing the draining tube with a thread. Blood is removed as it is accumulated in the bellows, accounting its amount in ml. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of hematoma contents suction. 2 cl
