FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing light guide through needle lumen. The injury place is exposed to helium-neon laser radiation. The needle is introduced from the side of internal edge of the anterosuperior pelvic spines outwards from inside in anteroposterior direction. The movement is performed over the internal surface of the iliac bone to the injury place. The light guide is introduced as far as possible and attached to the patient skin. The exposure is carried out once a day during 15-20 min in 10-15 procedures.
