SUBSTANCE: after form and stabilisation restoration of the pelvis ring on a posterior surface of the pelvis in a projection of the most damaged zone of fracture, establish a drainage tube approaching it to the bone. Place the patient in the bed so that the area of a projection of the most damaged zone of fracture was free. Connect the end of the drainage tube bridge with the system of the collecting of drainage blood. Within 1-3 days carry out the dynamic control for active drainage. During treatment perform dynamic ultrasonic the control on presence, localisation and the size of hematoma at entering, after form and stabilisation restoration of the pelvis ring and after termination of an active drainage.
EFFECT: it is simple in execution and decrease of traumatic effects and probabilities of occurrence of inflammations.
