By the second variant of method of stabilization of pranoprofen an aqueous solution of pranoprofen is sealed in package made of antioxidant-containing material. Antioxidant is alkylphenol. Mass ratio of indicated antioxidant and package material is 0.0001-0.005. By the third variant of method of stabilization of pranoprofen an aqueous solution of pranoprofen is placed under conditions of limited oxygen feeding. An aqueous solution of pranoprofen is ophthalmic drops or solution used for the nasal cavity spraying. Decomposition of pranoprofen in its aqueous solution is inhibited significantly. Pranoprofen becomes stable in light that provides prolonged storage of pranoprofen-base aqueous preparation.
