FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a suction tube and multiple irrigation tubes having lateral openings belonging to different planes relative to suction tube axis. One end of every irrigation tube is closed and rigidly fixed on the operation end of the suction tube and the other end is movably mounted near the outer surface to enable reciprocating movements to be done and loops of variable area to be formed at the working end. Position stability is achieved by making by-pass of one or several loops formed by irrigation tubes with flexible core of commensurate size. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in draining hermetically closed abscesses. 3 dwg
