FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should install drainages in superior and inferior floors of abdominal cavity: five multiperforated irrigation tubes with distally broadening holes and closed distal ends, in right and left lateral canals, in right and left mesenterial sinuses, and, also, crisscross along the surface of small intestinal loops to fix them to anterior abdominal wall with the help of silicone ring. At the first stage of sanitation one should introduce antiseptic solution into abdominal cavity under pressure of 6-7 atm. and 2.0-2.5 l volume. At the second stage comes bubbling of antiseptic solution out of abdominal cavity for 3-5 min due to supply of carbon dioxide come through bacteriological filter by tubes located in mesenterial sinuses, moreover, after bubbling is finished worked out solution should be removed out of abdominal cavity along drainages installed in lateral canals and small pelvis. At the third stage one should introduce "Mafusol" antihypoxanthic solution into abdominal cavity at the volume of 0.8-1.0 l. The method provides steady irrigation of all abdominal departments.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
