FIELD: agriculture, in particular, poison bait spreading devices used in individual and collective farms for protecting plants from rodents, as well as in municipal engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has reservoir 1 with cover 2, ripping rod 3 inserted into reservoir through cover opening and provided with blade fixed on rod lower end, two shoulder straps 5 and discharge valve 6 positioned in lower part of reservoir in front of joint for hose 7. Hose is adapted for detachable connection of reservoir 1 and branch pipe 8, which is provided with discharge valve 9 and is rigidly connected to rod 12 and handle 13. Cylinder 10 of apparatus is provided with side slot 14 for longitudinal displacement of handle 13, and opening for splint 15 adapted for retaining coiled spring 17 through washer 16.
