PORTABLE SPRAYER Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, protection of plants from hazardous organisms by biological and chemical preparations. SUBSTANCE: portable sprayer has tank for preparation, cover, spraying tip, branch pipe, filter, valve, T-pipe with nipple, and adapter. Spraying tip is made in the form of pipe terminating in portion of flat-oval section with passage width of 0.4-0.8 mm and transverse slot formed deep in oval side of said portion at an angle of 30-60 deg. Said portion is connected with branch pipe for rotation relative to it through angle of 180 deg. Filter, valve, and nipple are connected with T-pipe, branch pipe and adapter into single system where air and preparation channels are aligned with related openings in cover. Preparation tank is made in the form of standard bottle of 1.5 l volume made from polyethylene terephthalate with 0.3 mm thick wall. EFFECT: reduced consumption of preparation, improved transportation, reduced costs and accessibility for wide use. 2 cl, 1 dwg
