FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves intersecting vertical studs of the maxilla followed by gradual shift of the superior dental arch under the action of screw force. Nasofrontal and zygomatic studs are intersected on the maxilla in the course of operation without cutting the mucous coat. Maxilla and pterygopalatine processes are separated with osteotome. Superior dental arch distraction is carried out with kappa apparatuses and screw link member operating on both jaws. Removable maxillary kappa apparatus and chin sling with extraoral flexible link on the mandible are applied during 10-12 months for retaining treatment result.
