SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to children's dentistry, and is intended for fixing the achieved orthodontic treatment of dental anomalies and deformities of children under 8–14 years old. After children orthodontic treatment of dental anomalies and deformities, the achieved therapeutic result is fixed with a removable retention apparatus, including a plastic base, the vestibular arch, the Adams clasp on the first molars, the semicircular clasps on the first premolars and the additional arc. Visit to the consulting physician by the patient is carried out 1 a month. Minimum period of fixation of the teeth and dentitions in the orthognathic ratio, sufficient to fully retain the achieved therapeutic result, is 7–10 months.
EFFECT: use of the apparatus prevents the teeth from moving or tilting in the vestibular direction.
