FIELD: medicine, oncology, phytotherapy. SUBSTANCE: method involves selective removal of cicutotoxin from water-hemlock tincture. Tincture is prepared by infusion of 10 g of dried or 5 g of crude water-hemlock roots or rhizomes with 100 g of 70% ethyl alcohol for 10 days. After filtration activated carbon is added to tincture at ratio 1 part of activated carbon per 10 parts of tincture followed by shaking every 2 h for 2 days.
