Invention proposes preparation as elixir eliciting immunomodulating effect and comprising an aqueous-spirituous extracts of the following medicinal plants: perforated Saint-John's-wort herb, dandelion roots, sandy common immortelle flowers, senna leaves, thyme herb, snowdon rose (Rhodiola rosea) rhizomes and roots with content of inulin in the amount at least 2.0 mg/ml; flavonoids sum 0.16 mg/ml, not less, as measure for rutin being among them γ-tocopherol 0.005 mg/ml, not less; lycolene 0.002 mg/ml, not less, β-cryptoxanthine 0.01 mg/ml, not less; α-carotene 0.05 mg/ml, not less; β-carotene 0.008 mg/ml, not less. Indicated extract is prepared from medicinal plants taken in the following ratio, mass p. p. : perforated Saint-John's-wort herb, 7.0-14.0; dandelion roots, 7.0-14.0; sandy common immortelle flowers, 6.0-12.0; senna leaves, 6.0-12.0; thyme herb, 2.0-5.0; snowdon rose (Rhodiola rosea), 0.05-0.3.
