FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying instrumental methods like rheoencephalography for determining cerebral vessels tonus disorder type. Hypertension being detected, therapy begins with low intensity laser radiation produced by a laser therapy apparatus having the following characteristics like wavelength of 0.891 mcm, pulse power of 2.8 W, pulse generation frequency of 3000 Hz, exposure time of 256 s. Irradiation is performed by means of light guide end piece introduced into the nasal passage to a depth of 2.5-3 cm in parallel to nose back in sitting position of the patient. The left and right half of the nose is alternatively used every day. The total treatment course is 10-12 sessions long. 5 efficient doses of Pituitrinum are endonasally administered as aerosol beginning from the fifth day of laser therapy. Preparation spraying is carried out into both nasal passages during the first half of day from 9 to 11 o'clock in three treatments. The treatment course is 7-10 sessions long. Cerebral vascular hypotension state being the case, therapy begins with a daily dose of 5 efficient doses of Pituitrinum endonasally administered as aerosol. The preparation is administered as spray into both nasal passages during the first half of day from 9 to 11 o'clock in three treatments. The treatment course is 10 sessions long. The left and right half of the nose is alternatively used in everyday mode. The treatment course is 5-7 sessions long. EFFECT: reduced psychopathologic symptoms; normalized central and cerebral hemodynamic values; stable remission; avoided adverse side effects. 1 tbl
