FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical rehabilitation, neurology and physiotherapy, inpatient and health resort treatment of patients with peripheral vision disorders in early or late recovery period of ischemic stroke. A complex of exposures is performed daily with a break for days off; the therapeutic course is 10 procedures. Group therapeutic exercises – in the form of general strengthening exercises after strokes, aimed at improving patient coordination. Contact, stable exposure to low-intensity laser radiation in the infrared range, pulse mode, frequency 80 Hz, power 2-4 W/pulse, matrix emitter on area of great vessels of brain – brachiocephalic arteries, wherein the first procedure is performed for 3 minutes, the following procedures – for 5 minutes for each area of exposure. Classes on virtual reality technology on rehabilitation interactive system NIRVANA with duration of 25 minutes is carried out using games with a projection on a vertical surface in the form of training for coordination of movements of hands and eyes of the patient. Endonasal electrophoresis of cortexin solution in concentration of 10 mg of lyophilisate per 5 ml of distilled water is carried out from bifurcated anode introduced into nasal passages, pre-wetted in cortexin solution, with cathode with area of 80 cm2, placed in projection of lower cervical vertebrae, wherein the first three procedures are carried out with current intensity 1 mA, exposure for 10 minutes, subsequent procedures – with current intensity 2-3 mA with exposure for 15 minutes.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain improvement and stabilization for at least 6 months during the course of rehabilitation not only for cognitive, motor, but also visual functions in such category of patients who have visual impairment after suffering a stroke, in its early or late recovery period.
