FIELD: devices for processing of ores of nonferrous and rare metals and their wastes; applicable in mineral concentration with use of harmful processes. SUBSTANCE: device includes concentration mill, plants for dewatering and rendering harmless of wet tailings, tailing facilities, circulating water supply. Production areas of device components are distinguished by the fact that draining area and settling accumulator of circulating water are combined into one unit in the form of cascade of inclined stages. Upper stage of cascade is draining area in the form of trough with draining channels and pits in its lower part with siphons and draining pumps installed on separating side member for water transfer into settling accumulator. Installed along sides of draining area on guides are rotary conveyers. Separating water-impermeable partition is installed along the entire cascade.
