FIELD: food industry; packing. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packing devices for continuous production of aseptically sealed packs of food products from pipe made of packing material and filled with food product and fed in vertical direction. Device 1 has first and second chain conveyers 10, 11. Conveyers 12 are provided with several clamps 12 and several counterclamps 13 engaging with pipe for clamping and thermal welding on successive cross sections and making so chain of packs connected to each other corresponding cross sealing strips. Moreover, device 1 has first and second cutting members 54, 55 arranged under conveyors 10, 11 symmetrically at opposite sides of feed line. Cutting members rotate in synchronism in opposite directions around corresponding axles of rotation square to feed line, and engage with chain of packs for cutting the chain along sealing strips and pulling packs from chain conveyers 10, 11.
