FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed packing device is used to produce ASEPTICALLY sealed packs 2 containing liquid food product from tube 14 filled with food product. Device has first and second chain conveyors furnished with several clamps 12 and several counter-clamps. Clamps and counter-clamps engage with tube 14 clamping it for thermal welding in cross-sections 54 by induction heating members 29 on clamps 12. Each clamp 12 has pair of movable members 60 for engagement with tube 14 and tube feed adjustment. Movable members are controlled by control unit 95 in response to signals basing on position of pictures 31 on packing material. Device provides correct centering of pictures on each pack owing to adjustable feeding of packing material tube 14 provided by stationary member mechanically engaging with clamps.
