FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy, particularly, devices for refining of spongy titanium by vacuum separation. SUBSTANCE: device includes reactor in the form of retort, condenser in the form of retort with false bottom, branch pipes for discharge of melt, tight cover with branch pipe for vacuum treatment, central branch pipe coaxially accommodating of internal branch pipe with the help of ring and carrying low-melting plug, valve with drive. Central branch pipe has side branch pipe. Valve drive passes tightly through side branch pipe. The device also has appliance for heating of branch pipes, water-cooled flanges located on ends of central branch pipe. Installed on flanges of covers is supporting device in the form of post. Condenser in the form of retort is cooled with water from cooler with spraying ring and hatches. Branch pipe of discharge device of reactor in the form of retort had vacuum cap, and branch pipe of condenser in the form of retort has vacuum branch. EFFECT: higher efficiency of device. 4 cl, 1 dwg
