FIELD: production of bread for curative-prophylactic alimentation. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding of zeolite till particles size not more 0.02 mm, its heat treating, mixing with water at temperature t = 80 C in terms of 40-70 g per one liter of water. The mixture is infused for 24 h and filtered. The prepared infusion is introduced during the ferment preparation and then, in dough. Thus-prepared dough is set out for fermentation, formation, proofing and baking. EFFECT: increased biologically active and sorption properties of bread. 1 tbl, 1 ex
