FIELD: production of bread for curative-and-prophylactic alimentation. SUBSTANCE: method includes grinding of zeolite up to size of particles not more 0.02 mm, its roasting at temperature 200-300 C and mixing with water at temperature 28-30 C in ratio 40-70 g per one liter of water. The prepared solution of zeolite is hold for 20-30 min and it is used for preparation of sponge dough. The latter is prepared by mixing flour, water, yeast and zeolite in the amount of 3-5% to flour mass in the form of aqueous solution. After sponge fermentation, the dough is kneaded and directed for proofing and baking. EFFECT: increased biologically active and sorptive properties. 1 tbl, 1 ex
