FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying autovenous by-pass between the undamaged part of the limb and the remaining patent main artery of the shin or foot. End-to-side anastomosis is created between the musculocutaneous flap and the autovenous by-pass. The musculocutaneous flap is positioned as distal as possible on the limb. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of ischemic limb revascularization.
