FIELD: transport engineering; gas filling stations. SUBSTANCE: proposed movable plant has semitrailer with frame 1, two separate independent bases with longitudinal load-bearing members installed at ends of packs of cylinders 2 opposite to each other. Each base is connected to adjacent cylinder cradle. Stop for cylinders and gas dispensing station are rigidly secured on one of bases. Stop for cylinders in form of posts and production equipment, for instance, compressor, are hinge-mounted on opposite base. Each cylinder fastening device is made in form of rotary brackets 17 hinge-connected with cradles and enclosing packs of cylinders. Free ends of brackets are rigidly interconnected in travelling position. Device for fastening bases on semitrailer frame are made in form of clamps fitted from top on longitudinal load-bearing members of bases, strips pressing on frame from below and studs bracing clamps with straps.
