FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in construction of joints of frames in gas-transfer units. Joint of framed structures which are connected over flat surfaces by braces for example by studs and nuts contains two cylindrical centering pintles which are installed in through-holes of both frames. One of centering pintles is made with tapered leading part. Second centering pintle has two bevelled idle surfaces, flat-parallel cuts in working surfaces which change into wedge on tapered leading part. Installed in hole intended for given centering pintle is bush which is fixed there with mating slot. Pintles at side opposite to leading part have thrust shoulder and central hole for stud to pass through. Made in both joining planes are identical wedge-shape slots which at joining of frames create wedge-shape spaces. Installed in these spaces are wedges with bevels making for clearance with one of framed structures. Application of aforesaid embodiment of joints allows for enhancing accuracy and convenience in mounting of structures. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 7 dwg
